Exchange
- The product can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by all accessories and invoices.
- The product will be exchanged for an identical or equivalent value product, subject to availability.
- Shipping fees may be borne by the customer if the reason for exchange is not due to a product defect.
Return
- The customer has the right to return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be returned in its original condition with the invoice and accessories.
- After receiving and inspecting the product, the paid amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for purchase.
- Returns do not include customized or expired products.
General Conditions
- Electronic products must be intact and free from any damage or defect.
- Retaining the purchase receipt is a mandatory condition for completing the exchange or return process.
- All requests are processed by contacting customer service and following the specified procedures.
Reasons for Exchange or Return
- The product does not match the description.
- There is a manufacturing defect in the product.
- An error in the shipped product or damage during shipping.
